1. Controller
This policy describes how we process your personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. Data we collect
We process the data you send us directly: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your messages, when you complete our contact form, book a call or subscribe to our newsletter.
When you visit the site, technical data is collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and duration of the visit. See the Cookies section below.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: answer your enquiries, arrange meetings, deliver our services, send you our newsletter if you have subscribed, and improve our site. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Service providers and transfers abroad
Our technical service providers may process data on our behalf:
Webflow Inc. (site hosting), United States
Google Ireland Ltd. (Tag Manager, Google Analytics), Ireland and United States
Vimeo Inc. (playback of embedded video), United States
Cal.com (appointment booking), United States
Brevo (newsletter delivery), France
Some of these providers are located in countries without a level of protection equivalent to Switzerland. In such cases the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then in accordance with statutory retention obligations (in particular 10 years for business and accounting records, art. 958f CO).
6. Your rights
Under the FADP you have the following rights: access to your data (art. 25 FADP), rectification, erasure, objection to processing, and the handover or transfer of your data in a common electronic format (art. 28 FADP). To exercise these rights:info@avalue.ch. We may request proof of identity.

7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Changes
This policy may be amended. The version published on this page prevails.
